To celebrate Belk’s 125th anniversary, we crafted a dynamic promotion designed to engage consumers, gather valuable data, and boost Belk’s credit card applications. I spearheaded the creative for this multi-channel initiative, which included eye-catching in-store signage. The campaign featured an exciting daily prize reveal, a memory uploader, and a social referral hub that encouraged sharing. As a result, 80% of participants opted in to receive emails about future promotions, and Belk’s Pinterest followers more than doubled.

Our 125 Days of Prizes sweepstakes far exceeded expectations, generating two million entries. It was a perfect way to leverage our social channels to engage with new and existing friends and customers during our 125th anniversary celebrations. We gained nearly 200,000 new Facebook fans, and customers shared nearly 25,000 favorite Belk memories with us. The results were outstanding.
